What is Dalgona coffee?
Dalgona coffee is like an upside down Cappucino - with frothy coffee on top and regular milk underneath. With just three ingredients required, it is the perfect drink to tide you over until coffee shops open across the country.
How to make Dalgona coffee
Ingredients:
- A double shot of espresso (approx 36g)
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 400ml milk
Method:
- Add the espresso and sugar into a bowl and whisk the mixture together until mixture looks like a light brown, fluffy foam and stiff peaks are formed
- Heat the milk (or serve cold) and split between two glasses.
- Top the milk with the Dalgona foam and enjoy!
