Coffee Advent 2022 - Day 3 - Halvo

Born in 2021, Halvo Coffee Roasters are on a mission to make the coffee industry more environmentally friendly to our planet, alongside bringing delicious and amazing coffee to like-minded people.

During the unprecedented times of 2020, Bailey White found himself drinking a lot more coffee at home than usual, and started to notice the amount of plastic bags, non recyclable packaging, and lack of environmental support in the coffee industry. Thinking there must be a better way, Bailey founded Halvo and set out to make coffee more sustainable for everyone.

We're excited to feature Halvo on Day 3 of our advent calendar with their Red Mountain - This Natural Catuaí varietal from the Rio Brilhante Farm in the Cerrado region of Brazil is grown at 1,050MASL. Red Mountain is a deliciously syrupy single-origin that shines with pomegranate acidity, brown sugar sweetness and bold notes of molasses.
