Fire & Flow coffee roasters of Cheltenham was started by trio: Callum, Char & Phil (and Oscar the office dog)!
Best mates since primary school, Callum and Phil joined forces with a vision of running their own coffee roastery, consciously sourcing and roasting superb speciality coffee in small batches for you to enjoy.
Having orignally met at university, Phil's fiancee, Char, was recruited in order to bring their distant, whimsical dream into a reality and through her continued hard work and painstaking perseverance, Fire & Flow was born!
Fire & Flow take great pride in maintaining the quality of the bean, roasting in small batches to produce delicious, speciality coffee that tastes amazing. They roast carefully sourced beans to perfection, honouring the immense time and effort given by the coffee bean producers.

The story behind the cup...
Brazil, Fazenda da Lagoa
Niwaldo and his brothers Ailton and Maurivan are second-generation coffee farmers. Their devotion to coffee quality and sustainability is hard to rival, with natural springs, woodland and wetland areas covering 30% of the total farm area.
Guatemala, San Marcos la Barranca
This exceptional coffee was produced by smallholder families who take huge pride in growing and processing the best coffees in the most sustainable way. Local biodiversity is protected by using organic farming methods and reusing waste coffee pulp and water.
