Monmouth Coffee

Monmouth coffee started roasting coffee in 1978 in the basement of their shop on Monmouth Street, Covent Garden. Having built a strong following, featuring huge queues out of their Covent Garden shop, Monmouth coffee have since open another cafe in Borough Market and have relocated to Bermondsey for their offices and roasting machines. They currently use Loring coffee roasters from California which combine air roasting technology with an energy efficient design.
