Opus Coffee

Opus coffee are another inspirational roaster born during the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. John, Leon and Zack were all adversely affected by the lockdown: Zack was training to compete as the UK's fittest athlete at the CrossFit Games and John & Leon had their YouTube projects put on hold due to market uncertainty.

Driven and passionate about coffee, the three teamed up to found Opus coffee which select and roast the finest Single Origin coffees the coffee belt has to offer. Based in Oxford, they are partnering with local coffee shops with their beans and merchandise, including chalk painted mugs (which are a lot of fun, we can attest!).

The Brazilian

A single origin Brazilian with tasting notes of Chocolate, Nuts & Rum raisin, with a gentle citrus acidity and a smooth creamy body

• Farm: Brazil, Fazenda Pantano
• Variety: Yellow Bourbon
• Process: Pulped Natural 
• Altitude: 1150m
• Rainforest Alliance Certification

The Colombian

A single origin Colombian with sweet berry tasting notes, a gentle green apple acidity and a milky chocolate finish

• Farm: Delos Andes, Antiquia
• Variety: Castillo, Colombia, Caturra
• Process:Washed
• Altitude: 1600-2200m
• Fair Trade and Rainforest alliance Certified
