SIP Coffee
SIP launched in 2021 in Reading, they are driven by amazing high grade coffee, stunning design, and beautiful experiences. SIP was founded by Tom & Hannah Rogers who both studied BAHons Fine Art at university in Falmouth, Cornwall, UK - which is incidentally where they both discovered speciality coffee.
SIP select their coffees from microlots and small scale ethical farms from around the world which are sampled and tasted meticulously to find the best roasting recipe.
SIP have learnt so much along the journey so far; working with local roasters and coffee legends. They have ambitious growth plans, aiming to scale up their ability to bring you the best local coffee that money can buy.
We're excited to feature SIP in the club with Letefoho East Timor:
An organic washed coffee, produced by Kraft Organics in the Letefoho region of East Timor - grown at 1,420MASL. It delivers a beautiful subtly sweet, deeply fruity, sticky everyday coffee and is well suited to all brewing methods ranging from espresso all the way through to cafetiere. A real easy drinker with notes of orange blossom, red apple and toffee.
